Placed an order for 3 bodysuits 2 weeks ago for a 2-3 day delivery - order never arrived but did get a refund

My first order arrived although had to wait almost 2 weeks. I only tried one bodysuit (ordered M for UK size 10-12 as per the sizeguide on website) and it was huge - the straps were too long and generally did nothing for tummy control. You can only initiate returns for an exchange via the 'Contact Us' email address which takes around 48hrs for a response. However, the response was very helpful and friendly. Once you have followed the instructions for return postage (tracked service and at your expense) you advise tracking details etc and a new order is placed for the exchange. Although on the slow side (compared to the like of Amazon) the service has been friendly but usually takes 48hrs for replies. 14/12/23 - Update: - after just over 2 wks the replacement order arrived - disappointed with fit. Had to size down compared to size chart but these are truly not shapewear. From a front view my figure is a little more hourglass, but there is absolutely NO tummy control at all which is what I bought them for. I feel a bit ripped off tbh and given the reviews regarding refunds I'm not going to even bother trying. Shame - the Customer Service for me was pretty good, just painfully slow. However, the product itself is a waste of money - cheap Chinese rubbish I'm afraid.

The ordering process is quick and smooth. I have been unable to find a product that fits well. The lace body suit is too small and not enough fabric in the body at all. I ordered the large and it is still way to small for me. I am a normal 5ft2 and size 10. I have four of these that I unable to wear and cannot return. The snatched body suit is way to big in large I have two of these. I have ordered the thong bodysuit this time to see if this is a better fit!

I have ordered from here and so far it has been 8 days and I have not received the product. I decided to check trust pilot just now to see if the company are reputable and it seems that there are various issues with the clothing and the company! I wish I had known this prior to ordering and I’d have gone elsewhere. If my product doesn’t arrive in the next 7 days it looks like I can kiss goodbye to my money as I can now see that refunds are not offered. Which can I add is absolutely disgusting. I chose 3 stars due to no refund policy and the fact my item has taken 8 days to be delivered despite me paying extra delivery charges. My review is not based on the product IF my product comes and somehow is of good quality then I will leave another review but for now I don’t hold much hope that I’m going to receive a decent product, or even receive anything at all.

Delivered within time stated but price reflects quality. The camisole bodysuit is ok but the crotch has metal hook and eyes like a bra strap so not overly keen on that, the other bodysuit with the lace at the top doesn’t have any opening at the crotch so you have to take the whole thing off to use the bathroom , paid the same price for one of better quality from M&S . So prob wouldn’t order from shapely in the future
