Placed an order with them, two weeks ago. Try to track my order, but on their system, my order does not exist. Tried emailing them multiple times regarding my order, but I have not received any response.

Like others I would have left a zero. Beware if this company. I strongly advise others to avoid this brand. I ordered three bras in size 2XL, and the cup size was shockingly small, nothing like what was advertised. This isn’t a minor discrepancy — it’s a complete mismatch. When I raised the issue, the company refused to acknowledge the sizing problem and hid behind their “preference” policy. They expected me to pay extra fees to exchange the items, even though the sizing was clearly wrong. The bras are unusable, and I’ll be discarding them. This was a waste of money and a very poor customer experience. Shoppers deserve transparency, and this brand did not deliver it.

If I could give zero stars I would. 3 items came looking nothing like advertised. Too small as well been emailing for weeks to get a return and refund and they have ignored all my email. Scam of a company !!!

Shapedly is the worst company I have ever dealt with!! Their size chart is way off and when you order the size you wear, and it doesn't fit they give you the run around. They say to check their chart. When you finally have had enough, they tell you your order is not eligible for a refund. Before you order they let you know you can always request a refund. They LIE!!! DO NOT ORDER from this company or you will regret it!!

I purchased the shspewear, it was not as shown online, poor fitted and I am very disappointed, I would like a FULL refund.

I ordered my bra in February, 2026. They claim my address is undeliverable. I have been trying to get a refund since last month which is MARCH, 2026. Then I was told in order to reship my bras I had to pay a $20 shipping fee. I think they are a big, fat, scam. I lost my money and don't have my bras. This place advertises online and should not be able to advertise at all.

Horrible bra didnt fit even though i did the sizing tortorial. Then they wouldn't refund or exchange.... a scam!!!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM AVOID AT ALL COSTS I thought I could order and be one of the lucky ones who did not get scammed like everyone else on this page. I thought I could be protected by consumer law or any of the regulatory agencies or even by my bank. NOPE. No protection from this scumbag of a company. They have swindled hundreds of women, and I promise you, you will not be the exception. STEER CLEAR AT ALL COSTS. They will take your money and leave you for dead.
