Do not believe the hype these do not work. And even though it's says free shipping and returns you can't get a refund and have to pay for postage for exchange.

I haven't received my product in over a month despite their claim that the product will reach my door between 5 - 10 days! I'm sorry I purchased. At this point, I'm not sure if I will ever receive it.

I order a 34H size bra for my wife, and a 38H was sent. When I first reach out to get an exchange, I was told the sale was final and it couldn't be returned. When I reached our again, I was told that the bra sizes in China are not the same as the U.S. I then asked how is it sized in China. That was two weeks ago, I'm still waiting on a response.

Hi Algernon, Sorry to hear about what happened. Please know that we do not have bras aside from our strapless bra. Kindly send us an email to check if these items are from us.

I ordered one size, but received the wrong size. It was way too large. I followed the return process. First I was toldto wait for the shipment before returning. Theni sent proof of receiving the item. Now I received the response that since it's a bra it can't be returned. Sounds ridiculous to me.

They would have gotten a zero star if that was possible. Be aware of companies that say "no refund or exchanges" they are aware of the product’s poor quality.

Don’t buy these Bras the will not return or exchange bras for different size even though the website says easy returns. Poor customer service. See below. Thank you for contacting us. We regret to inform you that we cannot provide a refund for your order, as the items were shipped correctly. Due to the nature of the product, which is an undergarment, we are only able to offer refunds for orders that arrive damaged. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out to us. Best Regards,
Tiann

I think the worst part is there is no contact phone number, I have tried to email them at least three times I’ve gotten no answer, I’ve tried to chat. I get no response, I don’t know why they’re not replying to me, but I do not like the low front I’m 58 years old and I do not want my tits sticking out. I’d like to return these bras and they won’t reply back and I am so frustrated. I’d like to turn them into the Better Business Bureau, but for whatever reason they will not contact me so I don’t know what to do at this point, but I am so pissed off I could scream.
