Shapely is actually fab! I purchased 2 bodysuits but they were too long & the really lovely customer service staff were very helpful in recommending sizing & helped with an exchange. More than happy to purchase again!

I ordered 2 body shapewear on 4th June and afterwards saw the trustpilot reviews and got scared so emailed to cancel my order immediately, so couple of minutes after ordering I emailed the customer service agent Sofia that I would like a full refund. I was offered a further 30% discount on my order and it was put on hold till i emailed back. The team offered the discount so that I give it a go but I chose to cancel instead and Sofia was quick with her response and refunded me in full. This was very much appreciated and would say that shapely has an amazing customer service! Xx

The customer service was fantastic!!! I was blown away by how good my experience was. I was sceptical at first about the shape wear, but take it from a down to earth 40 year old geordie lass around a size 16 with big fake boobs, you won't be disappointed xx

Had a fantastic experience with shapely ordered the amazing snatched shapewear body suit in black and nude which do exactly what they say on the site!! Unfortunately (through no fault of shapely) one of the items was faulty, however after a quick instant chat conversation via the website the issues was resolved very quickly and a new item sent straight into the post that day with huge apologies. Cannot fault the service and the shapewear bodysuit is exactly what I wished for ⭐️
