Great product

I had an issue with my order and contacted them by email. They were very fast to respond and send me the correct item. I received it right away if it’s perfectly and I’m happy with my order and with the customer service I will be ordering more soon.

My customer service person Sofia vwas wonderful and very very helpful The items I purchased were too big this was not an issue at all Sofia was polite and very easy to deal with

they honored a buy one get one free after I had placed my order. When emailing them they get back to you right away. Pleasant experience

My experience so far has been amazing. I made the mistake of ordering the incorrect sizes. So when I contacted the Shapely team, to ask for an exchanged, I was responded too very quickly. I was then even more impressed when J ordered the new size without any further ado, and much to my surprise gifted me the suits that I was going to return. No that is what I call Excellent customer service. Can't wait to receive my suits. :-)

This company is so quick to respond to all questions you have. Any problems are dealt with super quick. The items are of lovely quality. My advice is to size right down. I’m a 16 and the small is perfect. You have that small struggle but when it’s on it’s so comfy. Need to try the other items now. What I had ordered was the shorts bodysuit.

I was a bit wary of ordering from a company on Instagram but there was no need. The bodysuits are the most lovely quality and the customer service I received was excellent when I needed a different size. I’d not hesitate to recommend Shapely.

Bought 2 shapewear and omg it was a game changer. I bought the wrong size and I got a free replacement within a weeks time. The team were so helpful and would definitely recommend to every women out there to go go go and shop til you drop 😃
