They signed me up to a subscription which I did not setup. You can't stop in the website and they just stall over email. I've not ideal if the product is any good but it is a tiny bottle. Avoid at all costs

Same as all the other reviews, what they sent was shocking, and they have tried to take payment again, blocked my card and have told my bank..

Not what was advertised, not the size advertised that I ordered , clearly another product even the label has spelling mistakes. Size on advert was for 16 fl oz what arrived was a 3.5 fl oz, I cannot trust the contents NOT being toxic to pets so have been ignored like many others when requesting a return and refund , I’ve informed my credit card company about the situation and will be providing all the order details and sites like this with evidence of all other customer complaints, Update , I eventually received a message saying I was being refunded which had taken over a week to return , I then started receiving emails asking me why I was unhappy with the product , if I could send them pic of the product etc I’ve just ignored them , I’ve warned my bank about possible subscription charge , I did not subscribe on the site and have all my screen shots to prove it

Total scam sent a 100ml bottle of different product. There are no contact /return details and don’t reply to ‘Contct Us’ messages.

Absolute rip off… ordered a 474ml bottle… received a 100 ml bottle… they said this was what I ordered! It’s not even on the website! Scammers!

Received bottle after a few weeks but it had leaked so only half a bottle of fluid. Have emailed them numerous times and no response at all. Very annoying as the bottle is tiny anyway so the fact half is missing makes it a total waste of money. I dont want to open it incase they ask me to return it as you can tell its not be opened at present.

Complete scam, ordered a bottle of K.O.E but got sent a cheap imitation, as others have said they totally ignore your request for a return label. I did try to cancel the order before shipping but they ignored that email and shipped a couple of days later.
