My online experience with Shane Co has been fantastic! We bought our wedding bands there and they were shipped securely and promptly and the communication has been awesome. Can’t wait to wear them - I got two! Very beautiful pieces- gorgeous and fair prices.

What a horrible experience. Do not buy anything from Shane Co in Greenwood Village. I needed a bail on a pendant to be swapped out for a smaller size. The 14k bail costs around $15 and quote they gave me was $238. Master Jewelers did the work for $65 dollars.

Do not leave your diamond ring overnight to get cleaned. They will swap out your stone

I ordered a replacement wedding band and wanted to get it without disappointing my wife. They only had two left it the company so WE agreed to have them transfer it to the Cupertino store and for me to come ONE week later after I withdrew the needed cash out of the ATM. The next day it was received a Shane and they sent an email to my wife and called my cell to ask for my wife. You have created a major mess for me and although we have bought a fair amount from you this will be our last purchase. This was NOT because of a misunderstanding with your sales clerk - we both understood clearly and specifically changed the phone contact to my cell phone.

My wife wanted to give me a cross neckless for my birthday. She wanted to go to Shane Jewelers in Kennesaw. We live some distance away and I did not want to travel that far but we did. At the store I saw a neckless I liked. It was $2450, much more than we could spend. The lady waiting on us, Cheryl, said they had some stainless that were nice but much less. She helped us choose one for $175. Her attitude never changed when we went for the one which was much less. She treated us like very important customers. She put the neckless in a nice box and thanked us for the purchase. Thank you Cheryl for the respect you showed us.
