This one is located right next to McDonalds and would expect a meal that is better. Two burgers smaller than McD and two shakes from a mix for $40. Better burgers and shakes could be had next door for half the price. Really expected a shake made from ice cream and a fresh burger.

You are using cheap buns. Replace the buns with one that are bigger and more filling.

Forgot a steak and refused to give another one because we “did not pay for it”(we did)

London Victoria branch, very average food, VERY overpriced, very moody staff, and the refuse to take real money. I will never eat at one of these places again.

Very expensive for such small burger. Fries are so ordinary Patty is tiny. Nothing special about this place. I’d rather go to FIVE GUYS. One of the staff were super friendly and made my experience unique. He was of course the only American :) I’d pay £8 inc fries. Not more

Ordered the veggie burger. It was so salty! Made me sick and couldn’t eat more than a couple of bites. Will never order it again. However the non dairy shake and fries were really good.

Not really very good.Expensive for a burger and fries. Crinkle cut fries are not the most healthy option but I suppose neither is a burger. Homemade lemon drink wad too sweet so another unhealthy choice. McDonalds would have been better. Staff were friendly. Will not be returning.

Ok , so I ordered a burger fries and a Diet Coke . First of all I think it’s quite slimey adding vat after ! The price should be what you pay any costs should be included , it’s not that hard to do . The fries were nice but cold and stuck together in a lump due to being sat for ages I guess The burger was ok but also cold . The Diet Coke was in a tiny cup not much bigger than a can and cost £3.90 the whole thing cost nearly £20 I think McDonald’s is a better value for money
