Tiny portions! Super expensive with child size portions!! What a rip off!!

I live in New Jersey and about a month ago I got a fraud alert on my banking app... long story short Shake Shack had been charging me for months in small increments between $1.50 to $3.00. I disputed the charges and got my money back but the whole situation made me really dislike this company. You are thieves.

I agree with previous poster. They are thieves. Many in my community will never give them our business again even though they returned the loan, Saying they received the money elsewhere. Well enjoy your food shake shack

Shake Shack Has forever lost my business. Shame on you for taking $10 million from small businesses. I hope it was worth your cheap hamburger. You are disgusting

Absolutely disgusting customer service at JFK airport. Members of staff taking your order literally speaking to you like a piece of dog dirt on their shoe. Honestly worse than the passport inspection and that is saying something!! I know they are busy and it’s maybe been a long day for some of the staff and they maybe don’t want to be in a job serving burgers at the airport but if you cant speak to people with a bit of respect nicely with a smile then go find another job that doesn’t involve dealing with customers face to face!! The girl who served us was acting as if she would have rather been anywhere else than doing her job serving people. We Ordered 2 diet cokes which they didn’t give us and then when we asked where they were we were told ”sorry not on your order” then walked away leaving us standing there. She then tried to ignore my wife when she was trying to show the receipt that we had ordered them and after 5 minutes of standing like an imbecile eventually someone noticed the cokes on another table. No apology or nothing!! As a business owner myself I would not have these people anywhere near my business dealing with my customers!!! Horrible ignorant people!! Management need to have a clear out of some of their staff!! Avoid this place and take your business elsewhere where you will be treated as a valued customer!!!!

Went to their Lakeside outlet & food inedible. Fries returned as cold then replacements only slightly warm. Complained to Shake Shack HQ. They took a week to respond & then demanded copy of my receipt. I immediately sent it to them but they have so far totally ignored. Disgraceful customer service!
