I was leary because of reviews I saw…
I was leary because of reviews I saw elsewhere on the internet but I decided to give them a try. I ordered Coach frames on 11/23 and received them on 11/28. They appear to be authentic ( I have the exact same frames, I was buying these as a back up since they aren't made anymore), they came in the Coach case and I'm pleased with the whole experience. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I didn't receive a certificate of authenticity. All my other Coach purchases have included that. Otherwise, perfect.

Website needs tracking!
Broke a Ray-Ban lense, shade daddy had the part and sent it. The only knock is that lack of ability to track the process. Everything worked out perfectly in the end but I did feel "in the dark" from the time of order until arrival. I even called a few times and only got a voive mail and never got a call back. Again, it all did work out in the end but tracking would be helpful.

Favorite shades break and Shades Daddy is there...
When your favorite shades break and shades daddy pops up in google first to save the day! The wait for shipping was extremely long as the part came from Italy. BUT it was worth the wait!

They had my lenses available. It took quite a while because they had to wait until they arrived at their location . Other than that no complaints.

Easy to work with
Easy to work with, a bit long on shipping, but correct product to match existing arrived in excellent condition. I previously ordered direct from ray ban and that took forever.
