It took 10 weeks, but I eventually received my order.

Thought I had purchased polarized lenses for my wayfarer glasses, guess not!

Shipping and customer service were helpful and efficient. But I have requested a return since the RayBan glasses are too small and the fit feels "off". Hopefully, I will still be able to do this without the original shipping box.

They let me pay for priority shipping (2-3 day shipping) when they knew that it would take up to 4 weeks for it to ship from over seas. They state in very fine writing that it would take a while for it to ship. But I think that priority shipping shouldn't be an option if they know it takes up to 4 weeks to ship.

Took FOREVER to get my Ray Ban parts, but they were good are replying and they did give me 15% off because it took so long. They also offered to refund my money a couple of times. So, yeah, the delay was ridiculous, but they were at least nice about things.

The glasses were fine. The delivery time was too slow compared to other companies I purchased from.

Though it took a while to reach me in Dubai and the shipping charge was close to the price of the product, I got what I needed and that made me happy..

The first order I placed was a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses together with a pair of Ray Ban replacement lenses. Reason being that the sunglasses I wanted were not sold with the lense color I wanted, but those lenses were available as replacement lenses. Unfortunately a day after buying the articles they sent me an e-mail informing me that the ordered lenses were NOT available, although they had advertised them on their website as available. I had no use for the sunglasses without the ordered replacement lenses so I had to cancel the order. The second order (late october 2014) were two (different) pairs of Ray Ban replacement lenses. Again I got an e-mail AFTER ordering, that one of them was not available. I still wanted to get the pair that WAS available so I let them know. For some reason they then waited a week after my e-mail reply before shipping the lenses to me. In conclusion: The availability indication on their webstore is a mess. To put it gently. They advertise items without any availability checking. They just let you order stuff and then if they notice the article is not available they let you know. The annoying thing is that even though you get your money refunded quickly you have to wait 8 days before you get it back and you can spend it again (paypal freezes refunds for 8 days). This very negatively influences the shopping experience with Shadesdaddy.com. If they would just check their stock and remove unavailable items from their webshop the customers would be spared this annoyance. I experienced this twice in a row. On my first two orders no less. Now I am not so sure I want to buy at Shadesdaddy.com again.
