Finally they did refund the money back for the lost item although it took a while. Hence they do deserve 4 stars. For the other item I am still not convinced if it's authentic, but it was cheaper so I'll keep it. ----------- Had a terrible experience dealing with this merchant. They are dishonest and not to be trusted. Poor customer service. One of my packages didn't arrive and customer service is not responding either. Have sent them numerous emails, but no response. The other glasses that I received are not authentic when compared to the same glasses in store. I'd recommend staying away from this seller.

Items were great. I opted for second day del but processing was so slow it took over a week to get to me. Only problem all else was great!
