I wrote a message asking for help With lense replacment as I cracked mine and never got a response.

Great products I have bought from them twice and love what i received. I took down two stars because they don’t let you know when your package has shipped they just send an email saying that you made a purchase but no email or tracking number after to let you know th status of your purchase like all companies do. The shipping does take a while and it seems longer cause they don’t keep you updated on where your package is. If they fix this i will give them 5 stars

Ordered 2 replacement arms a month ago and they've been in Canada for a week and still haven't left their landing point. They took 3 weeks to get out of the states which is pretty poor. I can't leave a review on the product yet cause I'm yet to receive them but their shipping process sucks. If you're making an international order, think twice.

I am happy with the item that i purchased but i do have to say that the shipping was a bit long and not very well informed.

I ordered Raybans lens replacements. Read the small print, they take your order then order it direct from Rayban so the whole process takes 3-4 weeks. DO NOT upgrade to express shipping it is a waste of money since you will only save a couple of days out of 4 weeks. I did not realize that so I paid the $8 (or whatever the charge is) expecting the lenses in a few days. Their customer service pretty much reads a script telling yo that it was noted on their website. I did get my lenses and they fit, I would give them a higher rating if I did not get douped into paying for express shipment also the long wait time. It would be nice if they refunded the express ship cost and not even list that as an option on replacement parts that have to come from overseas.

The product is excellent--but it took me contacting ShadesDaddy.com to get my order moving after almost 7 weeks. The original invoice did not offer any tracking info and I had to go back to the website to get with a chat feature to share my invoice info to get forward movement on the order. Once I went back to the website, this worked and I was provided a tracking number as well. I'm not sure why this is not provided in the first place--my invoice did not provide any other contact info either. So, just know that the chat feature on the website is the way to troubleshoot if needed.
