It took about a month to get what I odered.They said they would send a tracking number.They never did.

Took nearly a month to receive the product and then it was the wrong color.

I haven't received my purchase yet.?

It's been a couple of weeks and still haven't received my order, nor have I gotten any updates about it

I've ordered DG sunglasses from the Sicilian Carretto collection, which was specialized in colorful design (and I know how the full package shall look like). However they arrived in classical black case and whats more without textile protecting cover. So the question I have, are these sunglasses original at all???

I ordered screws and temples for some Rayban glasses. The screws arrived but took 4 weeks. The temples did not arrive and now I have to wait another 4 weeks for them before I can put these glasses back. The parts have to be ordered from Italy -- perhaps I could have done that directly. The good part is that there are very few other places offering Rayban parts, and this company had some. They also sent me somebody else's order. I asked for a parts and refund. They told me I can have the parts or the refund. Customer service is pleasant and polite, but still, I have to wait a total of some 8 weeks before I can get these glasses put together right.

Customer service could use some work. I ordered replacement arms and screws for sunglasses I had, it took a month to get them and the screws were not the correct ones. Not too happy overall

I am not too happy with my experience thus far, because I have not received my product.
