I ordered replacement Ray Ban lenses on 11/6/17 I paid for them via Amazon Pay and the money was received on that day by Shadesdaddy. I received an email on 11/10/17 that they may take 2-3 weeks to ship and a tracking notification would be sent once shipped. I have received nothing since and today is 12/21/17. So here we are 6 weeks later and nothing as much as an email with status has been sent but they have my money. Poor customer experience. Bottom line... no product no money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Haven't received my purchase and your email responses are impersonal and unhelpful. The tracking tells me that the package was consigned to the airline in Miami on 5 December and there's been no progress since then. So it's never reached Australia.

It is been more than 2 weeks that that I put the order, and they charge me the product and I still not received my order

I've bought from you atleast 6 times in the last couple of years, this time my product hasn't even arrived That's ALOT of money I didn't have to lose. Exceptionally disappointed

Still no sign of purchase. They cashed my payment late October and despite being contacted they have made no attempt to track down the shipment. Unbelievably poor service.

Delivery time was estimated as 2-3 weeks. It has been 7 weeks now and I still haven’t received the products. Only after I contacted them did I receive notice that it was delayed and they were sent last week. If they arrive as per recent estimates it will be approx 10 week delivery time.

Was the worst, they sent me the glasses en 51 and I bought in 53 and they don’t made responsable

I ordered a pair of temples for my Ray-Ban prescription glasses. I paid $52 (not knowing a fair price) and the fun began. 1 month had gone by and no word of tracking number or status. I called a rep and she hung up on me. I called my bank and disputed the charges and got my money back. I then called LUXOTTICA WARRANTY AND REPAIR SERVICE CENTER an authorized dealer of Ray-Ban parts and got the temples for half the price $23.00. I got my temples in 2 weeks and shades daddy emailed me that they are shipping from Italy. My glasses were fixed already. You guys at shadesdaddy suck. Get another job and retrain your reps, they suck too.
