They took my money. After 3 weeks no response to emails. Then their website contact is invalid. It has a Norton guarantee, but they don't respond either. Don't trust this place, they will scam you.

I placed an order back in June for replacement lenses and was really excited about the price. My credit card was charged and I waited the standard 2-3 weeks for the order. It never showed up. After back and forth emails for a month and no shipping date given, I disputed the charge. The last email from them asked for my credit card information again but they already charged me.

Told me I would have then in 2-3 weeks. Five weeks after the order, and after third inquiry, still no information or response. Do you want to do business with this company??

Worst online company I have ever done business with. Avoid at all costs. I never received my product after waiting almost a month and they tried to blame the postal service.

after several weeks the package arrived with only one of the two items that were purchased... the missing item was crossed off of the paper invoice with a red pen... I was never notified that the order would not be 100% fulfilled. I will not use this vendor in the future.

I ordered a pair of Ray-Ban's and they shipped within a few days. Once I received the glasses, they were the wrong ones. I contacted customer service via email and received a return label. Still no email to state or explain the return process or when my ordered and paid for glasses would arrive. They received the returned sunglasses and still no correspondence as to when I will receive the glasses I paid for. Horrible customer service.

They should change their name to ShadyDaddy! I'm not sure what little schemes they're running there, but I got charged twice for the exact same item. Still haven't received it btw, 3 weeks and counting... Never again!!!
