Extremely unreliable.
They lost my parcel despite the fact that Fedex delivered the parcel to their associate company and an employee there signed for it. They had no answer as to where the parcel disappeared when it was signed for . It contained irreplaceable articles and I requested them to make every effort to trace my parcel but they were the least bit concerned. Very unprofessional and deplorable behavior. Would strongly recommend everyone not to use them as there is no guarantee that their parcel will reach and no one in their company will care if it doesn't.

Affordable and great customer service.
The whole process was well mannered, This was an affordable service if one is not in a hurry to send items. As i had to send a document which was not an urgent matter, i have no complains. Expect to reach in 15 days from date of post.

The best place.....
I am student at UTD and have used SFL worldwide parcel service to bring courier from India. Their service is reliable and affordable. They pick up package from my resident in India and get it door delivered here in dallas in around 6 to 7 days. I have shipped with SFL for around 4 times and their service is timely and professional so far. Thanks

Excellent Service for Shipping
My favorite store for all my shipping needs. You can expect quality service and competitive pricing. They are always quick if you're prepared. Guy at front desk will help to bring boxes inside if needed and also offer help to pack your boxes. I would say this is 100 time better experience then going to USPS. SFL is my place for all shipping and mailing needs.

Best professional service and delivered on exactly time..!!
I shipped 10 boxes with Sfl worldwide few months before.The service was so quick and they have provided me a reasonable quote to me.My quote assistant and service person Mr. Akhitesh guided me in each and every step and was so dedicated towards his service.
