We Don't Care!
Sferra does not care about how its products appear to you when you receive them after spending thousands...My Giza45 linens came in a plain cardboard box and their packaging on the inside was a cheap plastic envelope like you might find in Walmart on their sheets. Wrote to the CEO about my surprise at this awful presentation and did not hear back, which just confirmed the "We don't care" this company sends to its customers every chance it gets. If I decide to purchase additional Giza45 sheets I will find another maker.
