Seybert's Billiard SupplyReviews of seyberts.com

I've recently ordered several shafts that have required customization through Seybert's. All of them have been done to perfection. Very satisfied with their work and products and I will continue to be a loyal customer of theirs!

Excellent prices , great products ,awesome customer service and fast shipping ! I will buy from them many more times !

I have been dealing with Seibert for many years. And ALWAYS had EXCELLENT SERVICE. And have referred quite a number of my friends to purchase from them also.

I ordered a new cue stick a few months ago. When it arrived the package was in great condition and the cue was packed well. But there was a large and deep dent on the shaft. After a few emails I was sent sent a return label and was told a replacement would be sent when they received tracking information on the return. I sent the cue back and followed the tracking and informed Seybert’s that it was shipped. No replacement was sent. The day after Seybert’s received the returned cue, I called to find out what was going on and left a voicemail. Shortly after I received a call from a very nice and polite gentleman who said he seen that the cue was received and saw the dent on the cue but had no information on why it was returned. I explained the situation and he told me a replacement would be sent right away. After a few days of not receiving tracking information on the replacement I made several attempts to call and speak with someone, but it kept going to voicemail. I left a message for them to just cancel the order. The next day I received tracking information that it was shipped. After receiving the cue I am pretty sure that it was not a replacement but the same cue that was just repaired. I was pretty disappointed but didn’t feel like dealing with it anymore so I just kept it and didn’t contact anyone. This was my first major purchase from Seybert’s and probably my last.

I love Seybert's!! I haven't had a problem with thier products or service. Parts take 3-4 days to deliver and i live in Canada. I recommend thier site to all of my pool friends.

Their return policy was very fair in regards to cue shaft purchases and usage if not satisfied.

I bought a road line predator from Seyberts a year and a half ago. It Had a loose sound in it. Gunner the sales rep walked me through the warranty process. I contacted predator and they couldn't fix it so they said they would replace it. However they didn't have my cue and the only option was a different model which I didn't prefer. I called Gunner back he told me to take the model they offered me and he got approval from Rick and got me an upgraded cue from my original cue. How's that customer service ! 👍

I bought cues and accessories from Seyberts all the time. They always come fast to the house, packaged perfectly and they have one of the best costumer service around. They carry various items and most of the time everything is stocked. Truly a great place to purchase pool related products! I would not hesitate to buy from them again and again…they’re that good!
