Thanks for your reply. Yes the instructions are sometimes a challenge but different items are packaged differently. We had a review just 2 days ago from someone that purchased a different item that came with more graphic packaging and instructions included rather than online. Her package was damage by the mail carrier and partially opened and as a result she felt it was not discreet enough. While all items ship in a brown box, some items have no graphic packaging or instructions included so that in the event it is opened by mail carriers, customs agents, kids, etc. it is still discreet.

We are very sorry that this has happened to you. We know that from time to time, some of the shipping can be rough on some packages. If there was any damage, please let us know right away so we can correct the issue and file claims if needed. Being discreet is always important and sometimes difficult. We do our best. We have some products that come with basically no packaging and no images for this exact reason. The mailman or kids could open the package completely and still not know what it is. This is very discreet. The drawback is we get comments that there is not enough images or instructions (they are only online). So we understand the challenges of being discreet and are always looking for ways to improve our processes.

Very sorry about that. It says in our shipping policy that this does happen sometimes. The problem is shipping to Europe and other international destinations are the shipping requirements and costs of the local country. Every order we ship to the UK has at least $60 in shipping costs and we charge a flat fee of $30, so we lose money on every item we ship overseas. We do this because we think it is fair to the customers because nobody wants to pay $60 to $80 in just shipping on a swing. Some items however based on the way they are packaged for weight and/or dimensions, the cost can go up drastically to $150 to even $800 for some items. This is just not realistic for our $30 flat fee or for our customers to pay. So typically if we are not able to find any solution, we offer different items and refunds to those people in countries and items where it will just not work. About 90% of the international orders have no problems, it is just a matter of certain items and country combinations. Hope this makes sense.

Looking up your item, there should have been a card in there with a link and a qr code to get all instructions. Additionally on this site there is and instructions section and we have a YouTube channel, both of which have instructions for every swing available, mounting tips and options and positions. If there is something you are looking for and not able to find, let us know and we will help you find it or create content for it.
