the only thing i did not like was it said if i place an order with in so many hours it would be free shipping so i placed my order right away and i did not give me free shipping

Everything works fine, but initial setup can be a bit of a pain

For the price it should have included the eye bolts

I placed an order for some items, based on their processing and shipping time. Their website states in stock items ship one to two days after it is placed. So I should have them before the weekend ordering 5 days in advance. The payment cleared the next day after I ordered. I did not receive any info after that. 3 days after the order and still have not heard anything I sent an email and placed numerous phone calls. On the 4th day I finally got a response from them, they said they have not shipped because the were not sure if I wanted all my items. They said they were trying to save me some money. Well because I was not getting the items when I needed them I did cancel some of the extras I originally wanted. Needless to say it actually took 9 days after I placed my order to get them. They said they would compensate me for the delay and refund the items they did not ship. I did get a refund for the items I did not receive but have not got any thing else. It has been a week since then and I have again sent emails and have not heard anything. So i highly doubt I will get what I was promised and I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!!! So an update, they respond to this negative review but still have not contacted me. She states that they sent an email, I did not receive any email from them in my inbox or spam folder or any other folder. Funny how this representative of this company does not even look into my order. I have an email from them with the header of" Your SexSwing.com order from May 28, 2018 is complete. Within said email it gives me a tracking number and date of June 4, 2018 the day they shipped. Expected Delivery on WEDNESDAY 6TH OF JUNE. Pretty easy math and not the same she is stating. ☆☆☆UPDATE☆☆☆ They do have one fantastic employee there and I highly recommend her if you need to have any contact with them. Abby was fantastic at clearing everything up and making sure everything was done. I apologize to her for my harshness but in the end she is a great employee. Becuase of her and her alone I will do business with them again so long as she is the person I get to deal with. Thank you Abby

Glad I was told the universal sex swing stand was identical to the Screamer stand since the Screamer stand has been on backorder for months.

Order arrived well packed and in a very nice zippered pouch. Some others have said the instructions were not adequate. Actually there were almost no instructions but a card referring me to a website with some basic information. However, I never looked at any of that until after I had already assembled and installed the swing. Could not be much simpler for anybody with any sort of mechanical background at all. Took me all of 4 minutes to go from package to use. That said, once I did look at the instructional material just to see what it covered I have to say that if I was one of the types that does not know which end of a screwdriver to hold, I would have been lost. Fortunately I do know which end of the screwdriver to hold and the assembly was literally idiot simple. Construction seems to be good and certainly up to the task of safely suspending my partner for fun and games. A comment on the zipper pouch. It fits the swing as long as it is completely disassembled and carefully folded up. It would be nice if it was a bit larger so that I could put the assembled swing in it for transport to ... wherever... but then I have a portable bondage frame I can use to hang the swing from so it becomes a portable swing. I expect most people will use it only 1 place and may even leave it hanging up most or all of the time so I can understand not spending much money on the carry pouch but instead spending it on the top quality hardware they use to build the actual swing. The best and most important thing I can say is that it is absolutely imperative that the ceiling mounting be 100% secure and up to the task of holding the weight while if is being used. A failure of the mounting can cause serious harm and is without question not acceptable in any way. Make sure you over engineer the mounting and know exactly what your doing or seriously hire a carpenter to install the hooks for you. DON'T take a chance here.... then go have a ton of fun!!

Very informative website. Better prices than most everywhere. Fast shipping and discreet packaging/billing. Look forward to trying our swing out for the first time.

Never received the product. Their customer service number goes to voicemail. *Update* they took responsibility for the error and corrected it. Kudos for the quick response and resolution.
