Ordered product October 28 was supposed to arrive 5-14 days following; November 11 product still has not been picked up at original selling point. 25 digit tracking code has been established for USPS and UPS. Unacceptable business practice. I guess 1 star is better than no star for a review!

I just searched our server logs and It looks like your order was never processed because your payment method failed. So we never even received the order and you were not charged. I am not sure why trustpilot sent you a request for a review. I will look into this more

sorry but experince was bad had troble at check out with shiping info they would not respond after first contact had to go to payment provider and ask to have my money returned product never shiped probley do too shiping info problem payment had to be returned by payment provider would have liked to have fixed with seller but no responce after first contact I sent multiple emails trying to contact seller no responce I do understand that it was my mistake that started the problem but the dispute was cancelled after our original communication then there was no responce from you i tryed several times to contact you no responce i had to contact the payment provider by phone as i closed the case after are first communication and thay had to re-open the closed case and they returned the money as that could not get a responce from you.. I am also sorry this could not be fixed and am sorry i had problems with your check out system

I am sorry you are not happy with our service. We try our best to work with all customers. When you placed your order you put the wrong country and were charged international shipping. 8 minutes later we received a dispute notification from the payment processor. We offered to refund the shipping error and ship the product but in order to do that requires removing the dispute/hold on the payment. You were unwilling to do that. We can not ship an item with an uncleared payment, so we ultimately decided it was best to just cancel the order and issue a full refund approving your dispute claim. Sorry for any troubles this caused you.

Received shipping number showing the 2 items purchased under that number. I received only one of the items. I Tried several times to contact CS to find out where the second item was. Several calls and emails resulted in no contact from customer service. I suspected one item may have been stolen from my porch. It showed delivered in the shipping information. Never heard word one from sexswings to tell me anyting. I ordered the same item from another vendor and it arrived in 2 days with free shipping. Gues what showed up at my door. 2 of the identical items. The item purchased finally showed up, but how was I to know it was coming from sexswings with zero customer support info. So this company cost me 350 dollars for a second sling. Neither of which can be returned.

Please contact our office. I just ran a quick search in our customer support section and saw no attempts to contact support. We will work to solve all problems if we know they exist and are given a chance to correct it.

One star because I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER!!!!!! They got my money though. It's a shame i can't give zero stars. Update 12/18 Ups package was finally located and received. USPS package was not delivered in mailbox and is still not received

Package 1 of 2 shows delivered by USPS to your mailbox. Package 2 of 2 shows delivered by UPS and signed for by your front desk person. Have you checked with your front desk? Two packages, two different carriers, one signed for and you still have not received either of them? We want to make sure this is resolved but you need to check with your front desk.

I would give zero stars if I could. I never received my sex swing. A package from the company arrived with a 30$ "postage not paid" bill ( even though website says free shipping). The package was rejected and sent back until proper postage could be paid by sexswing company. Seems like a scam since I still haven't received my swing.

If there is an error we will correct it. I will have someone contact you about this. I checked the customer service logs and see no problems reported by you and the package shows delivered on our end in a very timely manor. We will do our best to correct problems, if we are made aware of them and given an opportunity to correct them.
