I delt with Anna who was absolutely great in responding to my questions. She even went as far as to send me a video of the doll at the factory so I could see it without the dolled up photos that were online. Had an issue with fed ex delivering and once again Anna responded and I received the doll. Let me tell you I never expected it to be so perfect it was even nicer than the video I was sent. So far I am extremely happy with my experience with the doll and the customer service of sexdollpartner. Just buy one you won't regret it !! One tip though pay close attention to the weight of the doll you want. Mine is 100lbs and it is not easy to maneuver around. Having said that it was listed as such ..I will definitly buy again from this company again

They speak of high standards ..The doll i recieved had dirt or stains on and below skin in several places 1 spot i noticed a different shade skin tone that looked like it was peeling like sunburn skin sent photos the dirt spot was in the stomach area they point out to me that's normal it's her belly button (what)?? Next were fingerNAILS glued on crooked .There reply, again the fingers can be straightened out .useless advice again ..The molding seams in the legs were an eye sore..nothing said about those photos . I've owned several dolls i know proper care and cleaning of such toys.They recommended talc powder.?Talc is a poor recommendation for health reasons .I use cornstarch babypowder.They assured me they guarantee customer satisfaction .So they offered me a free $3 wig .Then it was a 10% refund .Then a 25% Buyers beware there's no quality control. If there was they sould be disciplined..ANNA was no help ridiculous responses to every one of My concerns . Bad way to do business..Can you read there explanations below again WTF ..Hope this helps with an important decision..

First off let me say yes I am a newbie at owning a sex doll. However I have seen them in person and knew what they were supposed to be and look like and what they were not. Here I not only found the models I personally was interested in but also found several deals and decided to shop around on their site and found several others I was also interested in. Doing online research I couldn't find much info on Sexdollpartner bit managed to find some independent reviews, only one negative blog but quote a few that were very positive. I also saw mentions of one particular customer service rep named Anna that were very positive but I was still a bit nervous and worried about possible issues. The first person o chatted with on-site was Benny and those chats relieved a bit of the stress. One of those times I had to wait for a response, time zone thing so don't let that throw you off, and received an email from the one and only Anna. I don't know what Anna I'd being paid but I'm sure it certainly isn't enough. Conversations with Anna set ALL of my fears aside and she was with me for answers throughout my entire decision process. I finally decided to pull the trigger on a complete different model than I had previously decided on, slightly higher price but still within budget, and Benny was back on chat for me throughout the process. Yes this I'd a Chinese owned company, thus the time zone thing, and a large purchase like this on online flagged my banks security. Enter Benny back into the chat, he stayed with me throughout the entire purchase process and double checked to make sure I was only charged with what I was supposed to be. By the time all was said and done it was late on a Friday night, the site bosts 2-5 business days on in stock US models, so the weekend upon us I wasn't counting on that too much. Enter Anna back in my email with confirmation and even more answers to my questions. Ordered on a late Friday night, sometime after 10pm I believe my time, and received my order from a US warehouse on the following Thursday. I'd say that's pretty quick all things considered and guess who was with me with constant communication the entire time, Anna. Now to the doll, ironically I had settled on the Ana model, and unboxing went very well. She was secured in an unmarked box and the only hint of what was inside was a tag marked tpe so very discreet packaging. Inside the box was Ana, well packaged and secure with no damage. The only negative I'd say was the wig was not as high quality as I'd like it to be and difficult to untangle but I'd already decided to change that so no biggie. The lingerie provided wasn't bad at all especially for a freebie. The cleaning kit is a little on the cheap side but works very well, I'll get my girl something better later. Her skin tone was slightly darker than pictured bit I'm marking that up to professional lighting, makeup, and photography. Either way she was still absolutely beautiful in my opinion and that's what counts. I've seen some negative comments about the cleaning process and the weight, my girl is hefty at 90 pounds but I knew what I was getting into. As for the cleaning, come on who doesn't enjoy soaping up their partner occasionally it's not exactly torture haha. Overall she is very well constructed and maintenance can be fun if you're in the right mindset. I waited a week before doing a review because I'd promised Anna a complete and extensive review. End of, I honestly got a very very high quality doll at a very low price so don't let the price tags make you worry as these people are honest and very informative. If you get Anna and Benny as your reps you'll have a very easy process with all questions answered honestly. As for my girl, I changed her name, and everything is awesome no worries no fears. Life is short, buy the doll and Sexdollpartner is the place to do it.
