I ordered the Roll-up Art Organizer project box without a monthly subscription so I could determine if I wanted to commit to the subscription . I received the fabric pieces, notions and instructions, but no pattern which was described in the Facebook ad. When I reached out to customer service, I was told the pattern was an additional cost. The fabric pieces are very thin, low quality fabric. Instructions are adequate to an experienced sewer, but could have been clearer ( for example, specifically labeling the different patterned fabrics as A, B, C). A beginner would not be able to complete this project in 90 minutes. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with quality, deceptive product description. I will not be subscribing to this product.

My box mystery fabric was five 1/2 yard pieces each in two nondescript low volume very very pale almost white green fabrics. No fabric name or mfg info in the salvage with 1/8th inch cotton bolls, springs of pine spread randomly throughout one of the designs with a slightly different shade in the background. I was surprised and disappointed in their choice of fabric. Thankfully, I only committed to 6 months.

Looks like I'll never get to make the December box since I ordered my subscription on November 30th. I received the November box on the 10th of December. I reached out to customer service and asked about it. I was told I wouldn't ever receive the December box since I ordered in November. My next box would be January, and if I wanted the December box, it would count as part of my 6-month subscription. Everyone is enjoying their December box and stuck in November. Very disappointing.

I felt the boxes were not things I would use they were simple and not worth the money

I was excited to try the new Fat Quarter Sew What box and only paid for shipping as the first box was free. After seeing videos on the theme and fabrics, I cancelled my membership and now that I received my 1st box I'm glad I did. Now I shop at Joann Fabrics a lot and I love their fabric offerings and quality but to get all Joann's fabrics in a box that is priced as $39.99 per month to month is not worth it. 10 fat quarters from Joann's regular price is $3.49 so the box is upsaled to start with and I know they we're all Joann's fabrics because I pulled out one of the fabrics and realized it looked just like a yard of fabric I pulled for an project and it was an exact match. I also saw several of the other fabrics I got in the box at the local Joann's I was in this weekend. Again, I love fabrics from Joann's but I can go to the store to get them. This box may be great for someone who doesn't have access to Joann's but not me. There are other subscription boxes that are cheaper that give you fabrics that are not available at Joann's like Moda, Riley Blake and I find those much more special.

This zippered bag goes around the waist. I do not like the fabrics used. The colors do not look good together, the style looks very sloppy and I don't like this item. It is not my style. I will make it and give it to someone. This is my opinion. Thank you.

Project wasn't something i would want or need. Not very giftable either!

Just not what I like or interested in. I had rather make a quilt top or placemats, or something else.
