SevenRoomsReviews of sevenrooms.com

We went to preto in Colchester. We were amazed at the standard and quality of the food on offer beautifully cooked and full of flavour and beautifully presented . To include a salad bar, like nothing we have experienced . Plenty of choice vegetables included . The staff were friendly and very helpful in explaining hiw their menus work . The premises were very clean and clutter free. Most importantly was the price for the standard of the exceptional cuisine the price did not break the bank quite u expensive compared to some eateries we have tried We will certainly be going back and we would encourage you all to give these premises a try we promise you you will not be disappointed. My data was included in a Seven Rooms data breach in December 2022. Seven Rooms are legally required to notify me that my data has been breached, I found out via a 3rd party data breach search. Over 400GB of customer data was sold to hackers. Since then I've received over 100 spam emails every day - I knew my data had been breached but wasn't sure where from until now. Thanks Seven Rooms...

i am a hostess at a restaurant, and sevenrooms has consistently only made my job far more difficult. the system is slow, inefficient, and is far too time consuming to use as any form of helpful tool in mapping out tables & managing reservations.

20€ pour annulation de réservation à restaurant...? Arnaque. A éviter.

An over-complicated booking platform that constantly sending out error messages to the clients, promo codes not working properly, and with too many useless and misleading automatic tags.

You used to be able to make a reservation with a simple phone call and give your name, reservation time and phone number. Now you have to fill out a detailed form, and when you hit submit, nothing happens. Tried it again twice. No response. Very frustrating.

Really poor app that is not user friendly, no explanation of their or the restaurants T&Cs.

As a person making a reservation, this application sucks. Every time, I have to reenter the same information. Surely they could have a system whereby the customers of the restaurants could save their data?
