Don't deal with this company
I had to pause the program due to losing my job. It was like pulling teeth to get to talk to anyone in person. It's an automated and very impersonal system. I paused indefinitely, and then months later they decide to start charging my card again without my permission. I didn't start back the program and they didn't warn me they would charge my card without some action.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We’re sad to hear that your experience felt impersonal, particularly during what was understandably a difficult time. For clarity, the payment referenced in this review was not a new charge initiated without an existing agreement or authorization. It was a payment due under the terms of the signed contract. Our team also made multiple attempts to communicate regarding the account before the payment was processed. We understand that you indicated you had not been receiving those earlier communications. Once the payment processed, however, we received your email immediately and were able to respond through the same communication channels. We have since continued communicating back and forth without issue. You were also invited to speak directly with our contracts team if you had additional questions or concerns regarding the payment or the terms of the agreement. We respect our clients’ privacy, so we won’t discuss the details of an individual account or private correspondence publicly. We do, however, think it is important to clarify for readers that this was not a situation in which billing was arbitrarily restarted months later without an existing contractual obligation or prior attempts to contact the client regarding the outstanding balance. Once we received your response confirming that you wished to discontinue the program, we immediately stopped any future billing. In light of the extenuating circumstances you had shared with us over the past year, we also chose, as a courtesy, to waive the remaining contractual balance rather than pursue further payment. We’re always disappointed when a client leaves feeling frustrated, and we sincerely wish you the best moving forward.
