Seven Colonial continues to carry the best and newest of everything, and continues to offer the best customer service on the planet. It's why I always return. And the prices can't be beat. It's nice to find a company that stands behind every purchase and will deal with any special requests with pleasure.

I was experiencing difficulty ordering more than 1 item. I tried a few more times, then called. Leon gave a few suggestions and I tried again, no luck. Before I had a chance to call in my order the old fashioned way, Leon had called me back "Wow"! There was an issue with the computer program, he assured me it was fixed and thanked me for bringing the issue to his attention. Really? A company that goes out of their way to seek me out on caller ID and be sure my order was placed!! Now that's excellent service. Wish more companies treated customers that way. I'm a customer for life and have recommended Seven Colonial already!!

I will definitely order from Seven Colonial again. Rushed my purchase to me after I telephoned to inquire about delivery timing. Personalized and smart. They over-delivered. Very satisfied!

They were very responsive. We received the wrong size bed from the manufacturer and they were quick to apologize and get a new one out right away. They return emails before you can hit send!
