I'm so impressed at how quickly my order got to me. I ordered one evening and it was already shipped out by the next morning. The only reason I dropped one star is because my order was not as pictured. The color was gray instead of what looked like white online. It still matches my decor though so I will be keeping it anyways.

OK, I was very impressed by the very courteous and prompt response to my inquiry about delivery time. Heard back fro them within an hour - on a Sunday evening. The coasters were delivered within a couple of days. That being said, Ive had a few sets of coasters that look exactly like the ones on line, but was surprised that they were not the same. Mine have rubber bottoms so no scratching of surfaces - these did not - they are just Lacquer like the top and the design is larger. The box lid was pretty loose, making it tricky to wrap. Will still gift them and they are attractive. Thanks for the great, personal service! Will use your site again.

The carafe arrived on time as was as described. It's a beautiful piece and will be a great addition to my home bar. The only issue that I had was the immense dust and smudges on the glass. I assumed that the carafe might have been on display inn the store for some time, but feel that the store could have taken the extra time to clean the carafe before shipping.

Product was as described, thank you. While your packaging materials were recyclable, they seemed excessive given what I ordered, and peanuts are an item I have to specially handle (I.e. drop off at a location v. Being picked up curbside).

Product was nice in quality and accurately depicted on the site, although slightly expensive. The estimated ship date was bang on and the product was received in good condition. . Only complaint is the postal service: they left the package on the doorstep in a snowy -20 climate, without ringing/knocking to notify me of its arrival.

I ordered 8 candles on Black Friday and they shipped out that same day! The order didn't arrive as soon as orignally scheduled, but that was due to an error on UPS' end, not Seven Colonial. All in all, I was very satisfied with the efficiency!
