Shipped quickly.

Seven Colonial offers some very unique products. I have ordered the dark steel push pins (incredibly beautiful and unique) - beautiful wooden gift tags that are extremely easy to write on with a pen, even small print - zinc gift tags or garden tags that are unique and reusable. Journals didn't meet my expectation given the price, but they do have uniquely designed covers and the quality is good. The customer service is proactive and above and beyond my expectations for this type of vendor. When items were out of stock, my order wasn't left hanging until the items became available. My account was immediately credited and I received a personal email explaining the situation. I was asked if I would like to be put on a wait list for the items. As soon as they were back in stock, I received another personal email notifying me so I could place an order. When the products shipped, I received a personal email and I received a follow-up communication to ask if the products met my expectations. Seriously - I manage a large service organization and I know what it takes to deliver this quality of service. It is not easy, but it is the best marketing money they will ever spend and it is authentically delivered. I will purchase from them over and over and will spread the word. Great job!!!
