Ordered Ivermectin, was not sent an email confirmation, nothing, the next day my order for ivermectin was canceled. No reason no email no anything to let me know why.

When you are sick and need your medicine urgently, and you spend $193.44 for next day air on a Thursday and your medicine arrives on Tuesday... The business failed you. Have contacted customer service multiple times about refunding the ridiculous amount of money for something that clearly did not arrive next day and they refuse to help. This place is a total scam. I will never order from them again.

We would love to help. As a reminder, PRESCRIPTION orders require a prescriber to approve before being sent out. We make things as simple as possible, but there are laws that cannot be bypassed.

At this moment I am not happy. I paid for a 2 day fedex shipping. I received a tracking number on May 25th. Said delivery would be May27th. It is now June 2nd and the tracking says seven cells has not supplied the package to fedex yet. I sent a request for status to Seven cells and the reply was, we haven’t sent the package to fedex yet. No S$@t!! How about a real update of when my package will ship?

I just read through several of the reviews on your website. It is great to read these wonderful reviews and how quickly issues were resolved. Probably my review will not be published. My issue started in January and I paid $313.52 for my order. I received 6 capsules labeled Ivermectin, should have received TEN. Also, received 6 Nitazoxanide capsules. Both bottles of capsules were identical in appearance. I called customer service and told them I only received 6 Ivermectin capsules and sent pictures as requested. After several attempts to resolve this, I received responses, such as: " working on getting best solution; we understand we have taken a long time on solving this issue and deeply apologize for it; we are still working on getting this resolved as soon as possible, thank you for your patience and understanding". Last response was March 14 from Seven Cells. I have given them a reasonable solution for this: refund me my money or give me the REAL Ivermectin capsules. None of the reviews that I have read have taken this long to resolve. I have asked to speak to a manager or pharmacist, but no response. Has anyone received the wrong capsules? My patience and understanding are wearing thin. I guess my next course of action is the State Pharmacy Board

Jim, as our customer service team has requested since your call, send us back your package that you suspect has errors, and we will send out a new package as a courtesy. You did, in fact, speak to one of our pharmacists that offered the same while also noting that we cannot refund a product purchased in December of last year. We compound REAL products here with real pedigree. If you are looking for the manufactured product, feel free to find it elsewhere, otherwise, send us back the product in its entirety and we will send you a replacement!

Very Difficult to navigate your website. Once I finished what I thought was the end, not one time did I receive any form of notification that the order was placed. Nothing no e-mail no thanks your order is placed. I was going to let Studio 6B know That 7 Cells is no good. Then with no prior notice it showed up at my house, Good thing I happened to be home to sign for it. And Now you send me email to Voice my opinion. Interesting
