Products are great, but shipping is very slow, took over two weeks to receive.

The only thing that could be improved is if the dose were placed on the box of medications. Not clear how to take medications. the bottles of medication are fine but the boxed medications no instructions. I hope a Physician did review my medical information because the antibiotic states if your allergic to other types of antibiotic because you may have a reaction to that antibiotic and some dye. In my information i state I'm allergic to Penicillin plus some dyes

The only complaint I have about the website is that the input for the date of birth is too cumbersome. Please work on making this more user friendly.

Ordered Tuesday or Wednesday before Thanksgiving had to do questionnaire and it said download document. Never said what documents it wanted. So this delayed I called left message for customer service. They got back to me. But the process was long we’ll over a week.

Ordering was really easy. My only issues were that the price seems a bit high and I did not get any notification of shipping and tracking. I did receive the order in about 7 business days, which would have been too slow if I were already ill.

Shipping updates were not sent out and it took longer than I had hoped but I did receive my order and am happy with the ease in ordering.

Nice people, good product. It was a bit pricey (about $10 a pill for ivermectin), and it does take a little too long from order to delivery. Fortunately, we were able to arrange for in person pickup at their location, since they happened to be be only 2 miles away from me.
