Bummer that you don't ship to Puerto Rico. There are over 3 million people here.
Response from Seven CellsMar 27, 2023
We actually do ship to Puerto Rico, you have to select Puerto Rico from the drop down country menu. If you are having trouble we would be happy to help you with the checkout process. Please consider changing your one star review. We look forward to helping you.

I didn't realize until I read the patient information leaflet that fluvoxamine maleate is a psych drug. I don't do mind altering drugs and think I'll be just find without it. They should look for a less destructive replacement.
Response from Seven CellsMar 15, 2023
Every drug has multiple uses. Fluvoxamine activates sigma-1 receptor cells, inhibiting replication of the covid virus, and modulates inflammatory response to reduce risk of severe covid by up to 25%. That is why we use that drug in the long haul therapy pack along with other drugs to be taken in it. Fluvoxamine being taken short term the way it is in the pack will not affect you in any other sense than to help you with covid.

first of all I tried to place an order went through the whole motions my account was charged and it never went through due to some glitch on your end. no one ever got back to me in for a week or more and finally when they did the charge would have been higher because this time they asked for a consultation fee which the earlier charge did not. I said I'm only refilling a medication I've already used why do I have to have another consultation, but that was not negotiable so I didn't bother to order. just seems like a money grab to me

Hi Laurie, thanks for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience, but I really appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. Your case was an uncommon instance we experienced and has since been fixed. Because the initial order wasn't processed on the backend we need a new order to be placed again for the physician to be able to review your medical questionnaire and process. We hope you'll give us another chance to so you can get the kind of excellent experience we're known for.

I never did get my orders. Process was all screwed up. Then I got a message about a questionnaire and when I tried to complete that it said it was already done. Then I got a call that said the website wasn't working and I should reorder. Must I really need to try that hard just to order?
Response from Seven CellsDec 21, 2022

Please let us know how your experience went and if there is anything else we can do to make this right. We always aim to deliver a great experience, and we are gutted when we don’t meet expectations.

I never received my order. I got a call 2 weeks later that said there was a computer problem and my order was canceled.

I never got my medicine. I was unable to get to the screen to complete the questionnaire. I wrote three emails. No response. I waited almost three weeks. So did my sister.
