Ordering from seven cells was easy .I loved the privacy of being able to order without having to go in person to a doctors office. My order also arrived quickly and the product worked well. I would definitely order from seven seas again.

Hi Mr. Gower! If you are Happy with my personal handling of your order, please update this post to a 5-Star review! This is the first that I have heard about your issue. I completely understand your frustration based on your expectations. It looks like you ordered on Christmas day, and your order timing also overlapped New Year's celebrations. The Current COVID SURGE also started in this period. On the other hand, how likely is it to get a regular doctor's appointment during that window? I personally ordered several ROBOVAC brands, and they all came 2-3 weeks later even from AMAZON! Ahh.. the problem with holidays... Mr Gower, I am personally taking over your order as of this posting. Thank you for choosing Seven Cells. Timothy Cheung Chief Medical Officer Seven Cells TeleHealth 800-818-1779
