Upon doctor’s approval, orders are diligently processed within 72 business hours, though this initial approval may take up to 2 business days. For orders placed between Monday and Wednesday before 12 PM EST, we ensure prompt processing. However, orders received from Thursday to Sunday are scheduled for processing on Monday, as our pharmacy remains closed over the weekend, and FedEx does not operate deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays. Please note that the entire process, including doctor approval, processing, and shipping, typically spans 4 to 7 business days for the initial order. Subsequent orders are seamlessly enrolled in our automatic refill system, ensuring timely delivery before your next dose is due. It works for a lot of women. To make sure you are using it correctly please contact one of our pharmacist so they can talk to you about how it works, where to place it, and the reasons it may or may not be working for you. Each individuals body reacts to all medications differently depending on a plethora of reasons. I'm sorry the medication did not work for you. We do have other options for that type of medication.

I'm so sorry to hear it didn't work how you wanted it to. Everybody is different and reacts differently to each medication. If you would like a Pharmacist to contact you to explain how medication works differently for everyone please let me know! We do have different types of what you specifically ordered, if you would like to give those a try. You can also speak to a Pharmacist about that. Again, I do apologize that it did not work the way you expected it to.

Once you order your medication, we fill it and give it to the carrier you choose. Whether it be USPS, UPS or FEDEX. Once it leaves our Pharmacy, they are completely different companies than us, so we do not have control over it at that point. We can always help you as best as we can. I'm sorry you had a bad experience with the delivery side but we do ensure that you get your medication in a timely manner. It looks like for your order, it left our facility on 3/29/23 and they attempted to make a delivery on 3/31/23, just two days later. We can get it shipped anywhere so if you were at work we could have put your work address or wherever you are.

As was discussed privately with you and our customer service team, our company does require a signature for proof of delivery. Our site offers you the ability to ship to alternative addresses such as your work if necessary. We are sorry that you found this to be an inconvenience but it is done to protect our customers.
