Delay from Payment to Shipping
Was charged May 1, shipping label created May 2. It is May 4 & nothing has shipped yet. Fairly decent experience up until now. Will see what happens & may revise review. Edit: Dr approved 4/29. 5/6 advised that shipment went out. Received 5/7. Longer than stated in answer but let’s see how the refills go. Charging shouldn’t happen until ready to ship.

Upon doctor’s approval, orders are diligently processed within 72 business hours, though this initial approval may take up to 2 business days. For orders placed between Monday and Wednesday before 12 PM EST, we ensure prompt processing. However, orders received from Thursday to Sunday are scheduled for processing on Monday, as our pharmacy remains closed over the weekend, and FedEx does not operate deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays. Please note that the entire process, including doctor approval, processing, and shipping, typically spans 4 to 7 business days for the initial order. Subsequent orders are seamlessly enrolled in our automatic refill system, ensuring timely delivery before your next dose is due. For any further assistance or inquiries, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Your satisfaction and well-being are our top priorities.

So far the scream cream is 50/50 with my woman using it. That's much better than what it has been. If it continues to work half the time I will buy more for her.
