On Aug 19, 2024 I paid and ordered my Tirzepitide Prescription was told it would ship within 7 business days. As of Aug 28th, I have no shipping confirmation and no one at the company has contacted to tell me why. After 2 emails and threatening to contact my bank for a fraudulant charge no one has returned my emails. I stressed the need to recieve my medicine in a timely matter due to already bieng late for my next dose but the company does not seem to care about that. After complaining to the BBB I got the order the next day, now month 2 after being told once I was in the system subsequent orders would be recieved in plenty of time to keep on schedule I am a day away from needing a refill and no medicine.

Customer service is terrible. I received an email to give a review and receive a 10% coupon good for your next order. What they don't tell you is that it's only good for new customers. Then why send it to an existing customer. SCAM

This company is a scam. They have withdrawn money from my account 3 times, and I have only received one month’s worth. They refuse to help me or refund my money. Buyer beware.

Originally, I had a prescription for MED-A, but I canceled it after one month. Three months later, I was unexpectedly charged for a refill. Despite Seven Cells admitting the mistake was on their end, getting a refund felt like it took an act of Congress. Last month, I switched to MED-B. Unfortunately, my first shipment was sent to the wrong city due to a glitch in their online ordering system that altered both the city and zip code. After countless emails, online chats, and phone calls, they finally shipped a new vial to the correct address. However, I was surprised to find that the Beyond Use Date (BUD) was just 11 days after it was made. When I went online to cancel the service, I received an email stating it was too late to cancel and that I would be charged again. Even though I've been assured that I won’t be charged, I fully expect that I will be and will have to spend a ton of time and effort to get my money back. The sudden barrage of 5-star reviews here and Google is a huge red flag!

horrible customer service. I was charged for my last order but never received it. I called 6 times before I finally spoke with someone in the Philippines. They had no record of my last 3 shipments. I'm on the hook for $322.00 and trying to fight it with my credit card co. DO Not use them.

The past three months with this company have been fine. However like another respondent, my shipment is late. My credit card was charged a week ago. My emails, calls, chats and FB comments have not been responded to. I am beginning to think this company is perhaps out of business. Next calls will be to the Florida licensing board.

It’s been five weeks since my last refill of tirzepatide. It is now a week late. They are not responding to emails and not answering their phone or returning voice their voicemails. I feel that if they can’t provide the medicine they should let us know. I will proceed to the different review websites and post this same information.

Have not received my product. I have left multiple messages, I try calling several times a day with no answer. I have emailed 4 or 5 times with no reply. I received notification that it was shipped on 7/18. It is 7/30 and nothing, no update to tracking.
