Barry, we are sincerely sorry about your delay; however it was 4 BUSINESS DAYS (weekends do not count) and within the time window of 5-7 business days as stated on our FAQ page. Your order was placed on January 25 and reviewed by a prescriber on January 30. Your item was shipped on January 31, where the time of arrival depends on what you chose as your shipped method. Hello Karen, We are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with your orders. You state that you were charged for twice and received two bottles. Karen, is it wrong that we have charged once per product order? You placed separate orders on November 5th and November 15th and received both. In regard to the "salty" taste, this not a manufactured product from another country who may add salts to be a "filler." We have our products randomly tested and have good Certificates of Analysis. Therefore, we double dog dare you to send it to a lab certified to test for active pharmaceutical ingredients. Here is the deal: If we fail the analysis, we will refund both of your orders and give you your next one free.
