Good quality material, good assembly instructions. However, one seat panel was badly dented and scratched, which should have been caught and corrected through quality control before shipping.

The chairs were easy to put together and seem sturdy. However one of the glass holders is missing. I’ve written an email to the company but have had no response back.

I already completed a survey! Just which it was easier to reach someone. I emailed multiple times to find out when the order would ship. Couldn’t figure out why tracking wouldn’t update. I thought I got scammed. This was finally settled. I wish the edges of the material were finished like the top and the sides. They look really rough and porous. The components were nicely labeled and packaged making assembly easy. Overall we like the chairs.

The product was excellent and it looks great. Delivery service could be better but company product is first class.

I'm not sure my issue was resolved but the person assisting me was very nice and professional. For some bizarre reason, I lost the gift card email and was looking to get a replacement. My lunch appointment is today so i didn't have time to wait for the physical card. The advocate assisting me sent me a link to purchase another gift card.

seems to be good quality, easy to put together. We have one that a slat in the seat is bowed up. overall we are happy with purchase so far.

Took too long to ship. Product exactly what looking for in great shape

I was pleased with how quickly these items shipped. We ordered 2 of the bar height sets. We did, however, find assembly awfully tedious. The items are well made. But, I wish the fasteners were less noticeable. I have other black pieces of this type of outdoor furniture that have black fasteners. The silver color detracts from the overall look.
