Bought through Amazon, received the furniture in good timing, but the trouble started right away when we started to unpack it. We realized how poor the quality was, the pieces were easily scratched. I could scratch the HDPE with my fingernail. I went to my nearest Home Depot to compare the quality to one in the show room. You could not put a dent in the one at Home Depot, my husband even tried to scratch it with a key, no scratch. I realized the Serwall units were of a poor quality. The only reason I did not purchase from Home Depot is because we wanted a brown set to match our other patio furniture and I liked that I could purchase customized pieces. We immediately started the return process, as the add said, 30 days return. I was shocked to find out that Amazon said I had deal with Serwall. This is what started the endless nightmare of emails, phone calls and other correspondence that got me exactly no-where. They refused to send me postage paid shipping labels and wanted to compensate by offering me a $30 discount to keep the product. it was going to cost me $300 to ship it back to them. it's been 15 days and I can't get resolution, the patio set is still boxed up and I can't get it returned without losing another large amount of money for shipping this poor-quality product back to them. Save yourself the headache do not buy from them.

I sent 2 emails about a product I purchased and no one replied. I sent pics of one of the chairs that was not level due to not being cut right. NO REPLY

My wife and i purchased 3 Adirondack chairs for our patio back in April, 2023. We purchased them from their webstore on Amazon. It was promoting lifetime warranty, which was one of the reasons for us to decide to go with Serwall. On the first year we had issue with the frame of one of the chairs. We filed a claim and they sent us the spare part to fix it. Everything went smooth. Now on the second year, the other two chairs have the same problem. We contact them and they say that those chairs are discontinued and there is nothing they can do. Also saying they do not offer lifetime warranty. OK, meantime they changed their policy to 3 years, i can understand, but we are still covered, we have had the chairs for only 2 years so we should be still covered. But they refuse to do anything. They only offer $30 off if we purchase new ones. This is unacceptable. Obviously they have some design flaw, since all 3 chairs experience the same malfunction and on top of it, they have them discontinued, probably due to numerous claims of one and the same nature. I am not purchasing new products from them if they do not stand by their product and warranties they offer. There are 3 remedies to this issue. Either send me parts, or send me replacement chairs of similar build, or simply refund my purchase money and if you even want send me the shipping label i will return the broken chairs to them. They refuse to do any of those three options and this is unacceptable. To offer $30 - $40 off of a new purchase is simply a joke and does not work. I am not spending $150 on a chair that is likely to break within a year of light use and you do nothing to remedy the issue. 😡😡😡

Most unstable chairs I have ever purchased. Do not purchase from this company. Purchased through Amazon, both Sereall and Amazon have been difficult to work with. Requested refund, Serwall wants to offer $10-$40 to keep unsafe chairs. The wobble and are dangerous to sit in. Purchased 4, Serwall wants me to pay to have returned to get refund, which would cost $200 or more to do. This company has poor customer service and will not help you.

I ordered a 7 piece dining set from Serwall in mid-April. It arrived in 7 boxes (6 chairs and 1 table). My husband assembled one chair and we determined that we didn't particularly care for it. The material says it's a hybrid wood and recycled material, but it looks and feels like cheap plastic. When we sat on the chair, there is no middle bracket underneath so the seat immediately warped under our weight, which is about 50 pounds lighter than the weight limit listed on their website. My husband disassembled the chair and carefully repackaged everything including the screws and tools in their original packages. I reached out to Serwall via their website to arrange a return. It took me three days of requesting information for the return before I received an email. I was shocked when the customer service representative told me that I could return it, but I would have to pay $40 per box to do so. We had 7 boxes. This was listed NOWHERE on their website, which touts easy returns and a "smile policy". I sat on the decision for a few days and reached back to the rep to see what could be done. They said they can't waive the return fee but they would give me $70 to keep it. (???) I countered and said why don't you just eat the return fee and I'll send it back because I don't want it. They said no, but the maximum they could refund to me to keep the set was $80. Which is a completely random number for a set I paid close to $900 for. I do not recommend this company or their furniture. As I mentioned, it's cheap looking and feeling, and the customer service/policies are extremely lacking. Oh, and it came out of the box with a 3" scratch on the tabletop. Hard to notice, but it's there. Total pain in the side trying to now sell the furniture I no longer want because of shady return policies that aren't expressly written on their website.

WOW I really don't even know where to begin..... I purchased a 2 patio chairs and a small table from them. When I received, we only assembled 1 chair, it was not as comfortable as I had hoped. Tried to return the product for over a week. Customer service kept trying to get me to keep the items. First, they offered me $40 to keep the items, then $50, $60 and finally $70 (telling me they never offered this much to anyone before). I just want to return the item. Only 1 chair was assembled and never used! It is in brand new condition. Now that it is returned, they are giving me problems with my UPS return labels. Even though they have the tracking info and shows it was delivered, they are requesting the original receipts form UPS. Never in my life have I dealt with such terrible customer service. STAY AWAY!!!

Ítem was smaller then selling page claimed. Cannot fit 6 chairs . Also came without holes drilled so impossible to fit together.

Two orders sent to two previous addresses. Serwall refused to recognize it was there mistake and refused to ship to current address I entered Serwalloutdoors.com. if are using AI in order system - STOP. First order was delivered to previous address in town I now live. Second order was delivered to town i lived in 3 years ago, 7 hour away - niw i drove there a5md pick it up. i will never order anything for Serwall again and I plan to give you as many baf reviews as I can.
