Great customer service when figuring out an order. Quality product.

After reading many reviews of crappy to no customer service, I was a bit skeptical about doing business with the company. I contacted the company regarding a question I had, and they responded very quickly. I placed my order, and received my chairs in TWO days! We love them, and ordered a second set.

Chairs we very well made, shipping was super fast, and I received and answer to one of my questions very quickly.

I ordered two rockers. First took a while to put together as one step in the instructions was not clear. I would highly recommend a drill to insert the screws instead of using the Allen wrench. Once together the rockers are very solid and look nice with a wood grain in the wood like material. They look like they will last for many years to come. I’m very pleased with them.
