SerwallReviews of serwalloutdoor.com

I appreciate how fast the entire order of 14 pieces came after placing my order. The furniture looks great. The colors are more vibrant than the description. The blue is more of an ultramarine than navy and the red is more scarlet than burgundy. The wood grain is nicely done. The packaging was good. Time will tell how durable and fade resistant it is and if the screws are rust proof. I ordered a red side table for the adirondack chairs and it came as black. I decided to keep it as I am mixing the colors. The table and six chairs had one order number but come as different separate numbers and I found this a little difficult to understand. The price point is good and far better than the competition.

I received the chairs and they're very good quality they get 5*. I love the fact that they fold n recline. To put together it took me 1h 25m, as the 1st chair took me and hour to assemble, and 2nd took me 25 mins by myself. Assembly on the table was easy! Overall Serwall gets a score of 4.5 Shipping was fast! Customer service is very good. I had a issue and it was resolved.

Like the rocking chairs. They are stylish and look good on our front porch. Went together fairly well. What we did differently from your instructions was to use a drill for the screws instead of the hex wrench. The wrench was not easy to attach and didn't fit the screws well.

Product was delivered in a timely way. Only thing is that I would have liked to have gotten notified when it was sent and expected delivery date.

Heard back from costumer service and send chair did arrive the next day Easy to assemble and tools include

Haven’t put chairs together. Will next season. Looking good from open box.

Shipping was fast! Although I have not assembled / opened all of the items I have opened a majority of them and they were all in great condition and assembly was simple. I would definitely order again!

Very nice piece of furniture. Very sturdy, not too hard to put together.
