I purchased 3 serwall chairs off of Amazon and my front porch was being re-done so we had to wait to put the chairs together. My husband opened the 1st chair and started putting it together. The side table that get attached to the chair would not screw in tightly. The screws keep turning g and don't lick in tight. We cannot attach the table s ince it will not hold weight because the screws are stripping. I initially wanted to send them back the day I received them because the color was very dark, darker than the picture on Amazon but they gave me a discount to keep them. Now I know why!!!! I'm waiting for another return label or I will show my bank proof and dispute this charge. Ship what you advertise

I ordered two chairs. They came from different warehouses and arrived about a week apart. I put each together when I received them, put them next to each other and the colors do not match. Now, I have two different color chairs instead of a set of two matching chairs.

I ordered a chair when the email verification came to me It showed my address for delivery I very instead of the person I was gifting it to. I called immediately was assured it was cancelled and reordered. The first chair was delivered to my house and It took me weeks to get them to let me return it. Then they only returned half of my original payment. terrible service!!!

Update: Serwall sent us the two replacement chairs after we posted on this site. They did not want the defective chairs back. We purchased the Serwall Outdoor HDPE Dining Table Set (7-piece set with umbrella-hole table and 6 chairs) on November 28, 2025. Once the full order was delivered and assembled, we discovered that two of the chairs differed from the other four. They were not notched or grooved correctly, and the stabilizing pieces were too short. We contacted their team and were asked to provide photos (twice) of the defective chairs and their parts. Although this required us to reopen boxes we had already repackaged, we complied and submitted the requested photos. We then received another message asking us to assemble one of the defective chairs so that only one would be replaced. This request was concerning: not only do the parts not fit, but assembling a structurally unsound chair poses a safety risk and potential liability for their company. We have now been asked to submit additional photos for a third time, which would again require us to unpack the materials. This process has cost us significant time and effort, along with additional packaging supplies. Given that we also purchased their 3-piece Patio Bistro Set, bringing our total investment to $900, this experience has been extremely disappointing. We are not asking for anything unreasonable. We are simply requesting two non-defective replacement chairs for our dining set and will return the two defective chairs. If this cannot be resolved promptly with Serwall, we are prepared to return the entire purchase and will follow up with formal complaints to the Better Business Bureau, Visa, and Amazon.

horrible return process, totally dishonest

I never received the chairs! Write down your tracking number because Serwall will not send you a confirmation email about your order. Shipping information was sent 24 hours after the package allegedly arrived. It never arrived. Serwall customer service said I should have called them to ask for shipping information, which I have never needed to do for any online orders at any other retailer. They refuse to issue a refund. Do not order from this company.

the boards are very flimsy at the slightest pressure. I have requested a return label 9 times in emails and they reply with an offer of keeping the items with a discount.

Received as a gift. 15 emails and even more phone calls to somewhere outside the US and finally gave up. A defective piece was amongst all the pieces and this company just outright refused to help. Sent multiple pictures with shipping ID,MODEL NUMBER Everything requested and more and just eventually gave up and made the piece myself. When you have to go searching the web for a phone number, bc there's none anywhere on the packaging or instructions, there's a reason for that
