I received great customer service, both on the phone and through email correspondence. Everything was explained ahead of time how it would work to order extra pieces. Pkg arrived in a reasonable amount of time with all parts needed. Highly would recommend purchasing anything from them and rest assured your product will come as stated. Any issues I found customer service to be more than happy to assist.

Easy peasy assembly. Screws are not stainless steel, worries on coastal rust out. Price point is on point.
