Then, Kwan, from Word Press Customer Service, reached out to me, by the time I replied to the email, it was Eddie that continued to work with me. The customer service from both agents was Top Notch!!! Eddie walked me through what to do (I'm a newbie) I followed his directions and I was able to upload my template!!! I'm doing the happy dance💜
