I have created my first web site on WP. I migrated the hosting to mine (Hostinger) and when I tried to use the All in One WP migration, it is limited to 512 M. By mistake, since I have been dealing with the help desk from Hostinger and AI for help all day, I ended up purchasing the unlimited version. The button for Import was not working. Together with Hostinger Help Desk and IA, I managed to erased the WP from my new hosting (this was the problem) and importing the back up I had without using any plugin. After this was done, I wrote to support to revert the charge since I did not use it in the end, and I was mislead by the limiting 512 m of the free pluggin. Unfortunately, our experience with this company has been disappointing. An automatic charge was made for the renewal of a plugin subscription that we have not used for over six months. We contacted customer support the very same day regarding this matter. Considering the “we’re human” statement in their return policy, we genuinely expected a reasonable and understanding resolution. Regrettably, our case was handled in a rather dismissive manner. It felt as though the company’s priority was strictly financial, rather than focused on customer relationships or long-term cooperation. We would also like to mention — in a friendly and transparent way — that we work closely with many freelancers and agencies who use these plugins. Given this experience, we will likely recommend that they consider alternative solutions. To be fair, switching to competitors had already been under consideration for some time for various reasons, and this situation has only reinforced that direction. No hard feelings — we simply believe it is important to share honest and constructive feedback.

The software works, but their subscription policy sucks. They auto bill for renews and NO REFUNDS if you cancel.

IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL Even when I cancelled my subscription prior to my card being charged, I was still charged. Support basically do not care, they refuse to take any action. Literally the WORST service. Be VERY CAUTIOUS with this company, they do not play by the rules, they take your money, then make it impossible to remove your card details. EDIT: As Trust Pilot is unable to allow me to reply to the comment from ServMask, I would like to clarify as way of warning. The ServMask emails go to SPAM, so any prior warnings that come in about rebill will hit your SPAM folder. According to Google, Gemini, ChatGPT etc this happens in mass email marketing when a company has a poor sender reputation, but that isn't the point. I logged in and cancelled my account PRIOR to any annual subscription being "renewed" and then later the same day the annual renewal payment was charged. I even attempted to remove my card details, which is not possible and is not a function that you are able to make. Once this company have your card details, there is no way to get them removed. Support are about as useful as a chocolate teapot used to brew fresh tea over a fire pit in the Egyptian dessert. They do not care about any problems with accounts or billing, they only care about taking money. Period. Sorry to have to be the bearer of bad news, but if you are genuinely looking for a business to work with, then find one that actual cares about their customers, existing and ones that choose not to use their services. This company is not that!

Der Kundenservice ist unfreundlich, wenig lösungsorientiert und zeigt keinerlei Bereitschaft, auf individuelle Anliegen einzugehen. Ich habe das Produkt nach der ersten Nutzung nicht mehr gebraucht und auch nicht bewusst verlängert. Trotzdem wurde die automatische Verlängerung verrechnet – obwohl ich das Produkt nicht mehr nutze und klar kommuniziert habe, dass die Verlängerung nicht beabsichtigt war. Statt auf meine sachliche Rückfrage einzugehen, wurde das Support-Ticket einfach kommentarlos geschlossen, nachdem ich mit der ersten Standardantwort nicht einverstanden war. In einem weiteren Mail wurde mir dann unterstellt, ich wolle mich der Verantwortung entziehen – das ist weder zutreffend noch ein professioneller Umgang mit Kunden. Natürlich liegt es in meiner Verantwortung, ein Abo rechtzeitig zu kündigen. Aber guter Kundenservice bedeutet eben auch, in besonderen Fällen Kulanz zu zeigen und gemeinsam nach einer Lösung zu suchen. Das wurde hier kategorisch abgelehnt. Es geht offenbar nur um Profit, nicht um langfristige Kundenzufriedenheit. Wer sich so verhält, nimmt bewusst in Kauf, dass Kunden unzufrieden zurückbleiben. Ich hoffe, meine Erfahrung hilft anderen, eine informierte Entscheidung zu treffen – und im Idealfall einen Anbieter zu wählen, bei dem Fairness und Kundennähe noch etwas zählen.

Una completa estafa nunca dijeron cuando compré por soporte que era un único sitio, compré la licencia de por vida y de la noche a la mañana dicen que la bloquearon se canceló y la forma es que pagué ahora una mensual y que lo que pague de por vida se perdió, cuando nunca dijeron nada de ello ahora existe según ellos algo, pedí soporte y la solución es lo que pago lo perdió ahora pague mensualidades porque te robabos de frente y lo use en sitios creados por mi y que tengo en mi poder y no revendi nada solo use en mis sitios, al comenzar con la empresa si todo bien con la licencia de por vida a horas son solo excusas y ni reembolsaron ni me solucionaron , cuando la compré jamás se habló de cantidad claramente dinero es tu plugin de por vida y uso nunca hablarlo es más tenían solo dos planes el básico y el de por vida ahora que cambiaron planes cambiaron políticas y quieren cobrar de más estafa completa y referente a lo que me vendieron en el entonces claramente decia que era sitios ILIMITADOS Y DE POR VIDA LO cual indica que la respuesta que me da no coindice con lo que yo pague en su entonces es decir yo pague algo y ahora cambiaraon las reglas del juego lo cual no es lo que me vendieron lo cual era: Use on any number of websites that you own esto quiere decir que ustedes vendieron ILIMITADOS SITIOS EN ILIMITADAS CONEXIONES lo cual lo que me dices no tienes sentido y tengo pruebas con archive del historico de cuando compre y lo que se ofrecio, tenia las pruebas que decia SITIOS ILIMITADOS Y DE POR VIDA ahora dicen no me sale factible ya pero si ofrezco algo ese algo se cumple si no para que se vende algo de por vida si a la vuelta de un tiempo no cumplo a eso se le llama Estafa decir dare algo de por vida y despues decir ooo era jugando ya no, eso no es la forma ni la manera
