Great customer service. I bought their $99 Google drive plugin add-on but did not use it. I did not cancel Billing as it’s quite difficult and the direct debit renewed. I emailed their customer service and they cancelled my direct debit and gave me a full refund, so great customer service from this company, and I use their other free products frequently which I can recommend.
