DON'T DO IT! Please! You've been warned!
DON'T DO IT!! We are an electrical contractor and have both a commercial contract and a home service division. We were searching for a robust program for our service department AND our contract department, as the software we had only performed well on the contract side. We were "SOLD" a complete system. It is not a complete system. Implementation is a nightmare. It is 3 weeks of listening to Zoom conferences with implementation managers that don't know trades, or business. They don't understand basic business questions, and only speak their internal Service Titan jargon. We were unable to use the software, as the functions that we were sold on, were actually given more workarounds than just manually doing them like we had been. We set up pieces of our software, to be told later that they needed to move to a different back-end feature, and then that was wrong, and we had to put them back into the original location, because the implementation team, HAS NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE IMPLEMENTING. We tried different team members, different managers, went back to the salespeople, TRYING to get this to work for us. It wasn't going to happen, and they did not care. We tried to terminate in the middle of implementation, to go back to our old software, and spreadsheets to re-evaluate and regroup. They fought our exit ALL the way, even though their product was not capable of at least five huge things we expected it to do. Our contract went from management to billing, to lawyers, to finance, to management, to billing, and each time it was a week or more before we would check in on them again. We never received a response, always had to hunt one down. Finally, after two months, we heard from billing that they were not releasing our contract and expected our 11k payment in full to get out of the contract. In 20 years of Bus Admin and Finance, this is by FAR the worst software company I have ever encountered. Find a different software, and save yourselves the headaches, stress, and fury of dealing with this level of incompetence. Do. Not. Sign. Their. Contract.
