ordered and received the link however it was just an endless loop refreshing the receipt link....called the number and got nothing its also an endless loop for a call center..... After posting a review, I received an email with a link for the actual download. It was not our internet as they asked in the email. However once I received the link I was able to download the manual. I will be sending it for a print copy to a local shop. If there is no issue with printing the document. I will consider updating the review. Thanks
