Unwilling to offer refund for simple mistake in a download. Customer service was dismissive and unwilling to. provide $17.99 refund for an obvious mistake. 6/19/23 Third effort at resolution ineffective, had to involve payment source as offer to sell me a 15GB download for an additional $14 is just not satisfactory. 2 stars for quick responses, irresolution aside.

Correct manual. Came within 10 mins to my inbox. I put it on my office computer and then copied it to my field laptop. It was 868 pages same as OEM manual. I printed pages from this pdf easily. I'm sad they didn't have the wiring diagram manual to go with it. JD 3754D

I highly recommend this company, it took a little extra time to receive the download link because they took the time to ask for a serial number so they could send the correct manual, which they did and it is by far the best digital manual I have purchased. It is clear, easy to use and printable I will definitely purchase from them again.
