Bought their total care Plus furniture pet warranty from lazy boy. It took them over a month to tell me the little hole that my dog made was not covered after that had already told me a kit was sent to me to repair that damage that the dog did. i do not recommend anyone to buy any type of warranty from serveco they do everything they can not to honor the warranty

Scam
They will absolutely find a way not to honor their warranty. After numerous photos and questions answered, this was over a 2 month period that included me emailing them numerous times for a response, they denied my claim. The reason given was that I was not sure what caused the stain and I did not know the exact date it occurred. I was just being honest. So if you are filing a claim I suggest you know the exact time stain occurred and what caused it and if not make it up. To be honest they will probably still find a way to not honor the warranty. Or they will continue to drag their feet and not respond in the hopes you will just give up.

We're sorry to hear you're disappointed and truly regret that your experience with filing your service request hasn’t met your expectations. While this particular issue may not be covered under the terms of the Protection Plan, please know that this does not void your contract. You are still fully eligible to submit future service requests for any covered issues. If you have questions or would like more clarification, we're here to help and would be happy to assist further.

Terrible warranty company - do not purchase.
I bought a couch from Natuzzi and purchased the stain protection plan from Serveco. Very unhappy their service. Stay away. Would never purchase again.
The couch we purchased from Natuzzi had a microfibre fabric which was supposed to be their most stain resistant fabric. This was reiterated to us from the sales team and an important aspect of our decision. We also purchased the fabric warranty from Natuzzi through their partner Serveco. We were told that this would cover all stains up to 5yrs and they would come out and address any issues within 30 days.
This is where the problems began.
We received the couch at the end of December. The microfibre stains easily. It also is a magnet for picking up hair, showing dust, etc. I can deal with those issues but the staining is a real problem. Drop a crumb on the couch and try to wipe it and you end up with a blotch. We tried to clean this with a damp paper towel and that left a small ring.
So, we put in a service request and were told that they would not accept the request without a contract number.
That led us to a 6wk process of going back and forth with Natuzzi sales rep and Serveco to try and get a copy of our contract. Serveco stated that is should have been handed to us on delivery and they cannot help any further. Natuzzi stated that the did not know what contract that Serveco was referring to. I have countless emails back and forth and phonecalls until I told the Natuzzi rep that I was going to write a bad review unless I got a response. I was then finally sent a contract from Serveco on Feb 28.
I was then told by Serveco that they would not fix the issue because as stated in the contract (the one I never received) I was supposed to clean the stain with a clean DRY cloth and I used a clean DAMP cloth. So, the claim is not allowed.
To be clear, Serveco states that they cover all stains including Liquid marks, rings, or household heat marks. So, if I spilled water on the couch that would be covered but because I used a damp cloth to wipe up a stain it is not covered.
When the supervisor from Serveco called me today to explain why they were not covering the stain, I called out that I had another stain on a different part of the couch and would submit that as a ticket. She then informed me that that would be an accumulated stain and that was not covered. How they determine a regular stain vs. an accumulated stain is beyond me.
This is a terrible service company going to ridiculous lengths when they simply could send somebody over to take care of the stain. I paid $800 for that contract and close to 15K overall for the couch.
Serveco - you provide terrible service. It's just like a scene out of a movie where an insurance company makes the process of getting a claim approved so incredibly frustrating that the consumer just gives up.

We're very sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. While the issue falls outside of what is typically covered under our terms, we're pleased to hear that Natuzzi has stepped in to address your concern directly. Additionally, the Showroom Manager has been informed to ensure proper follow-up and continued support.

SCAM
This company supposedly provides additional warranty on Lazy Boy products. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM. ITS A COMPLETE RIP-OFF. once something is wrong, they refuse to cover it. Waste of money. Hopefully, they'll go out of business soon. Horrible, dishonorable business.

We appreciate the opportunity to clarify our decision regarding your service request. We understand the consumers’ concern and recognize how frustrating it can be when damage occurs to their furniture that the Protection Plan does not extend services for. While the Protection Plan does cover certain types of damage such as punctures, cuts, tears, and rips, there are specific exclusions related to burns. As outlined in the terms and conditions of the plan, burn damage is only covered if it results from a hot dinner plate or a cigarette.
Unfortunately, the damage caused by the wood-burning pen falls outside the covered scenarios, as it does not meet the criteria defined in the plan.
The plan’s coverage is determined by the specific terms and conditions provided at the time of purchase. While the burn damage resulted in a hole, the source of the burn—an accidental incident with a wood-burning pen—does not qualify for coverage under the Protection Plan. Like any protection plan, this one has defined inclusions and exclusions to ensure clarity about what is covered.
Referring to your protection plan, listed under “WHAT IS COVERED” it states:
LEATHER: Plan Codes: USL, PLT, PP1, PP4, TCP, TPP
• Any food or drinks normally consumed by humans
• Human bodily fluids
• Pet bodily fluids
• Gel pen
• Highlighter
• Crayon
• Grass
• Grease
• Iodine
• Shoe polish
• Puncture, cut, tear, or rip from a specific incident
• Blue jean dye transfer
• Newspaper print transfer
• Any burn or heat mark from a cigarette or hot dinner plate
We continuously review our policies to provide the best possible protection to our customers. If you have further questions or need assistance understanding the plan, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Extremely disappointed with ServeCo
Extremely disappointed with ServeCo. Despite paying for a protection plan, they denied my claim for damage caused by my cat within 24 hours, falsely citing exclusions for 'repeated use.' This damage happened in a single day, not over time, yet they refused to honor the coverage. Their terms seem intentionally vague and designed to avoid fulfilling legitimate claims. I won’t trust this company with future purchases or protection plans.
February 5th, I received a call from their manager, who informed me that they will not provide any proof of their decision. She also stated that the denial was made by their customer support team, contradicting their previous claim that it was decided by an expert. Isn't this ridiculous? Additionally, they refused to send me any further correspondence and advised me to seek a detailed explanation through the court—which I fully intend to do.
Stay away from them! They are completely unreliable and dishonest.

serveco ( what a screw around )
I am utterly disappointed in myself for paying 500$ for a full warranty on my sofa. To be told that another company would cone to access the damage with parts. The back bust out of a brand new sofa. Step up serveco . Take responsibility - the springs gave way and the back board bust through the fabric. So far since March 5th I have been corresponding with serveco who sent my request to proto poli and now it’s sent to the retailer. But each company I contact tells me to contact the other company. My warrenty is under serveco - over a month of being told numerous times through email and text that someone will contact me in 48 business hours. 1.5 months later and still trying to get answers March 5 2024- April 14 2024

ServeCo does not stand behind their work!
Called ServeCo in November of 2023 and requested repair of my power recliner. They came out on 12/13/23 and repaired recliner. Six weeks later it stopped working. I called ServeCo and they tell me they do not warranty their work beyond seven days following the service call. WHAT A RIP OFF! ServeCo does not stand behind their work, do not use them to repair your furniture!
